Ok, the one I got is not that long, but it look that thick.
Notice that it pretty much takes two to use it. Trying to do this solo, well…. Forget it. And it’s very messy too.

Something simple for jogging, exercises: anal plug with two balls



I wonder if the balls can be felt.

I have tried a couple of versions of these and I haven't been able to feel the balls moving inside them. Probably better off with a powered vibrating one.  Thinking about trying one that is controlled from your smart phone.

I have tried an inflatable plug and it definitely gives you a feeling of being full.  I haven't used it in a few years, I think I'll give it a try again.

Those with internal balls are very position dependent.
I have both a fixed size version & an inflatable & effect is similar.
Not s very noticeable just walking around.
Better when going up/down steps.
For me, best was when scrubbing the floor. Bent over & moving body in a circular motion, where you get a good rythm.
So I guess jogging would work if you get the right cadence.
It didn't give much sensation when I tried cycling.
Might be worth trying swimming as your in a more horizontal position
