I meant more that I'd be worried that the DHT blockers are not that effective, thus just leading to increased DHT instead of increasing estrogen as intended

The most effective DHT blocker is dutasteride, but you need a prescription for it. For herbs, this is what is considered the most effective (out the top of my head): - white peony - green tea - red maca - reishi - saw palmetto - kamphaeria
