2 years later my ideas have changed slightly but rather than edit the original I will just write a new one. Note that this is a significantly more detailed explanation than the original, I haven't gotten any weirder.

First is still the same, I wish I could be a woman in the whole sense of the word, either reborn or transformed in some magical way or in a more realistic way transfered in mind to a different body in the future.

Second is kinda similar. Rather then a 3d printed mold of myself I want to have a silicone mold instead which is internally shaped as a hogtie. The mold should have an opening in the butt which I would enter with. The mold is made out of very low shore hardness rubber which can stretch a lot but the mold is encased in hard plastic except for the entrance. When you initially enter the rubber is able to move out of your way and is easily entered but the more you squeeze in the less room is available to be displaced and the more rigid the mold becomes and it becomes impossible to pull parts further inside out without more outer parts leaving first. The internals are also rather hostile/stimulating, a long urethral tube and deep throat gag are present as well as spikes/nubs that only engage once you are inside. After fully entering this mold the back panel would close and a butt plug would be inserted with it.
