For me, I went to “Full Reply”, placed my message, the where it says “Files” and click add file.
I then select the picture I wanted and wait till it loads.

Click on Preview Post and check for the picture.
If all is good, then click Post.

That should do it. Works on my iPhone.

I finally got around to getting some tights to try out the spreadeagle method, and I was pretty impressed with how well it worked. However, the only issue I had with it was that the waistbands of the tights all bunched and pulled really tightly in the armpits and around the shoulders, making it quite uncomfortable even when not struggling against it. I'm not sure if I just need to get a larger size of tights, or if there is some other way I could mitigate that issue.

One idea I did have for fixing that issue was to try the same method with open crotch tights, and to put the head through there instead of keeping it all behind the head. That way, the waistbands could go directly around the chest instead of awkwardly going around the shoulders behind your back and neck. I don't know if this method would be as secure or if it would have other issues like tearing, but I'd be really interested to hear if someone tried it. I don't have any open-crotch tights to try it with right now, so I'll have to get some feedback here if someone else tries it (at least until I get some to test with).

I actually tried doing that with a couple pair of tights a bit earlier today, but the ragged edges were very prone to tearing where the scissors cut. Theoretically, properly made open-crotch ones would have some reinforcement around that area to prevent tears from starting in the first place. And it would also be a bonus to have the holes be all the same size/shape/position, rather that having to eyeball it with each one you make. So I'd still love to hear if someone gave this an attempt with some properly-made open-crotch tights!

Did you make the cuts within the seams? So a bit of cotton still remains seen to the nylon?

You can also buy tights with big "rear panels" (or what are they called?), with two "buttock seams".
