if you're going to fuck up your body chemistry anyway just buy estradiol off prescription - fully legal in the USA since it's not scheduled as well as most other countries.  there are a million sites out there, would be happy to help you find them.  if you want it pre-compounded, there are places for that.  if you want to compound yourself (17β for transdermal if you don't want to have to maintain sterility), you can buy 50 years worth of estradiol along with test results for around $150

@Like Ra you're right that duta is great for selectively blocking DHT, but you don't need a prescription for dutasteride if you buy yourself.  once again, fully legal outside of the medical system's gatekeeping

if you want general feminization but no breast growth, take raloxifene or another SERM alongside it.  super common for T-dominant individuals to take as well as E-dominant individuals (often prescribed as part of a treatment regimen for breast cancer)
Thanks for your input. I respect that path, and it works for many.

The Ilsa Kelly Protocol takes a different approach: slow, soft feminization through low-dose phytoestrogens (Pueraria Mirifica) and Red Maca, aiming for balance rather than transition.

It’s about exploring subtle embodiment, not replacing one system with another.

No prescriptions, no drastic shifts — just a gentle shift in shape, mood, and self-perception.
Different goals, different tools — but I appreciate the dialogue.

Always open to thoughtful exchange.

I would be interested to hear the results, if you are willing to share!

I will share the results

phytoestrogens and e2 bind to the same receptors though

in addition, non-transitioning cis men such as bryan johnson take e2 for its balancing and neuroprotective effects.  it is not exclusive to transition

i highly suggest anyone looking for any feminization - transition or otherwise - use the more purified and selective option in a dosage that is relevant to them

That’s a valid point, estradiol certainly has a stronger systemic effect, and I appreciate that it’s being explored in many contexts, even by cis individuals.
For now, I’m choosing a slower, plant-based path that prioritizes subtle embodiment, emotional feedback, and reversibility.
I do agree it’s all about knowing what works for your body, and how far you want to go.
Thank you for your insight: it adds to the dialogue.

I said "ChatGPT", because it generated a similar document to me. I asked it to make research on the supplements and hormones - will post it here. It's quite interesting.

For more collection of related information, these two forums (no idea what the difference is) have tons of info:

Edit: breastnexum is for biological males

(06 Aug 2025, 00:21 )stationcashplease Wrote: raloxifene

Wiki Wrote:Raloxifene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and hence is a mixed agonist and antagonist of the estrogen receptor (ER) in different tissues. It has estrogenic activity in some tissues, such as bone and the liver, and antiestrogenic activity in other tissues, such as the breasts and uterus.

Interesting! Thanks!

Raloxifene increases both testosterone and 17 beta-estradiol level in men:

The conclusion is - everything will be fine if you do not overdo them 😂

Pueraria and miroestrol are not mentioned, though 😕
