my problem with it is how there's so little actual hypnosis or subliminals on it. it's all just porn set to music, JOIs, or vaguely erotic voice overs.

My writing becomes faster, and more intense, and I get the distinct feeling that I am watching myself, from the outside. At points it feels like I can almost hear the engineer directing his thought-control machine. It is only when Walsh ends the session, and counts back up to 20, that I fully realise how strange the sensation was: a little like the moment of lucidity once you awake from a fevered dream.

As one person put it: “I felt as if my hand had been made of metal.” While many, like me, pictured the engineer visually, others felt he was more amorphous: “Like a presence, as opposed to something that one can see”.

My brief period of possession has certainly made me more conscious of my own thoughts, and the strange ways they can seem to pop into your head. At least, I’m pretty certain that belief is my own… or is that just the engineer, guiding my hand as I type?

It's not only you. Sometimes nothing happens. More often it has a mild or medium effect. Every once in a while, it has an OMG effect. I assume it has something to do with my current state of mind -- the way I am feeling at the time, whether I am tired, my level of concentration, how active/busy my mind is, etc. But I can't successfully predict how well a hypnosis file will work ahead of time.
Agreed. So much of it is just junk and nasty. No thanks to 99% of it. I desiire to experience the real thing. But there is that 1% that for whatever reason pushes the right buttons in my brain. I guess that’s true for all. Not trying to judge too much. Just offering an opinion. I don’t go for denegration or anything that cheapens or depicts human sexuality as dirty or nasty or humiliating or something to be otherwise ashamed of . For me that iscthe opposite if erotic
