Needing to empty a prostate is a myth.
The body deals with it just fine and reabsorbs things accordingly. If it's overly enlarged it will be massaged by the passing of stools and just leak out when you pee.

Well, like in almost everything, there are trends in medicine. Personally if I not cum for 20-30 days , my first ejaculation after that period of time may be painfull (sort of)
So , to avoid that, I'm pegged oftenly, during my "lock/no hand job" periods. :😊 I like when I'm leaking, bound and bent over the table.
