You can try that. Lay on your back and do "the plough". The mental image is "I'm trying to kiss my cock". The more "severe" the "plough" and the closer you get to your penis, the shorter it gets.  It does not happen if you are trying to "kiss your cock" by bending forward while standing, but it's much more difficult to get to "the goal" 😁
