Problem with the picture, second from the bottom.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but even with a very tight condom, pee will not travel that high. It will just back up into the bladder.

The pee bucket needs to be just below the bladder.
And I would have a cathader inserted so my slave would just drain uncontrollably.

The liquid will not go to the bladder, it will simply leak out between the skin and latex.

You need to compare all the "pressures" and holding forces of the sphincters and latex.

The belly bag will actually be a bit lower, than on the photo and MUCH lower than on the drawing. To make it work the pressure of the liquid column (Pbag) should be lower than the bladder pressure (Pbladder), provided that the "holding force" of the latex condom (Platex) can sustain any of them.

Under the "holding force of the latex" I mean the maximum liquid pressure the "construction" can sustain without leaking. The best construction, in my opinion, is the external catheter - a tight condom (with a tube) that can be glued to the penis head.

Also, the back flow prevention valve resistance (Pvalve) should be taken into the equation:

In other words: Pbladder > (Pbag + Pvalve) AND Platex > (Pbag + Pvalve)
