But they might be easier to walk in without the rope??? Good rigging though 😉 
The only pair of heels I have (10 cm), its hard getting a EU size 44/45 in a store near me. Don't want to order online, since I always try a pair before buying them.
13cm high heels is very difficult to wear.
New pair of 6" ankle boots from Devious, Domina-1023. They come with other ankle strap options but honestly, why wouldn't you choose the padlock straps? Surprisingly pleasant to walk in, maybe because of the ankle support.
Here's a heel comparison to the standard Pleaser-type heels. Same height but the sandal has a platform and the boots do not. 
I don't know why I love spending time in wife's closet!?
