- It will keep you warm and dry (OK, not completely should the weather conditions change)
- thin transparent plastic looks even kinkier over shiny swimsuit and pantyhose

Yes, intentionally. It's a link to "Rabbit, Run" novel by John Updike, "Run, rabbit, run" from "Breathe" by Pink Floyd, "Run, baby, run" by Sheryl Crow, "The running man" film, etc 😉 You have to get to the key before you are caught, before it's got too dark, and also it's a temporary run from the "ordinary" life, yet the run to the safety.
