I think what you mean is related to the "growing technique" which involves periods of not taking any estrogens, to make the receptors vacant again.

Nope, different things.... I do agree with the "periods of not taking any estrogens" & do that, but more like a menstrual cycle as cis women experience it. If I don't take breaks, the influence seems (not scientifically, but felt) to be weaker to me. Again, I am not an endocrinologist, and no one should take what I say as medical advice or anything more than what I have found works best for me. Questions should be directed to an endocrinologist.

That read was fascinating but I did struggle with many parts of it.

My non endocrinological brain chose the word "attraction", the document you linked uses the word "affinity" which I assume is the correct one. If phytoestrogens attach to the receptors (either before or simply because they are able to, perhaps even preferred), less estradiol/E2 can (be the real estradiol source via HRT or produced by the body, which amab people also produce to a lower degree than most afab people).

I was kind of surprised that NIH doc did not fall prey to the recent transgender document purge... it mentions tests with transgenic mice/rats (i.e. genetically modified to mirror human responses)... which the current POTUS still believes and repeats often has something to do with non-existent mad scientist "transgender mice" (well who knows, maybe they do exist in nature, but we can't talk to them to find out).  I was surprised there was *no* mention of M2F trans women on HRT.... *many* of those theories & questions could be much better answered by studying the effects on amab people who are on HRT... yet not a single mention.... Welcome to the Discworld..

Ironically, not studying the effects on amab people who are on HRT, is very much to the detriment of cis males with a prostate condition....

Here is a 2012 article review on anti-androgen phytochemicals.

Another review for PM - on what is in it and effects of compounds. Not for feminizing, but other effects.

Monkey study of PM.

Isn't it exactly the same what I said here?

Yes 😁  the "less potent" threw me & misunderstand what was meant, mea culpa.
Cool! At least we are on the same wave(-length) 😉

ChatGPT, right?

VERY NLP-sounding, in the best sexy way, no matter what!

im very curious about this protocol. the problem i have right away tho is that ive aeady seen a couple of brands of PM on amazon where the label offers contradictory info whether each capsule is 250mg or 500mg. id love to have some that is certifiably 250mg per capsule but if the contrary indications are right then two capsules will be 1000mg.

But if i could find a definite 250mg per capsule option then i might be tempted to try this regimen out for real. hopefully in accompaniment to a rigorous BS/PG/Leyendecker video/Kim Petras Slut Pop listening regimen for radical feminization experimentation
otoh a fellow Bambi (transgirl) is imploring me (with my consent) to temptations to experiment with estrogen. she scoffs at PM and my attempts to titillate us both by taking it.

i suggested  to her she was using reverse fearplay to bargain me into taking PM more religiously as the 'less extreme' option to HRT but she still wont have it. instead she insists my transitioning on hormones is a sexy inevitability i should prepare to give myself in to. which is hot (for now) but also makes me wish someone who believes in PM's estrogenic potential were play-bullying me into taking it for a month lol
