Imo, the Realise material has a less pronounced shine to it. Close up pictures of their suits also reveal the 'nap' direction of theirs runs sideways instead of lengthwise as Leohex has it.
I'd say that the same fabric supplier provides to Leohex, MJINM and Amoresy.
On another note; I finally got my Leohex PU leggings. Ebay seller advised me to go 2XL due to the fabric having a bit less stretch. Glad I did, although the waist area is now a bit loose - but folding down the waistband a few times helps. The fabric itself is very nice. I can certainly see why this is a fetish item for people, although in my case, it doesn't arouse me the way plain Lycra does. It does feel plenty smooth and soft on the outside, though. The base layer fabric/inside liner is a rougher kind of spandex - reminds me a lot of those early Speedo PBT Endurance swimsuits; not as smooth and pliable as regular Lycra, but still plenty of stretch.
Getting into these can be a bit of a pain when it's really warm. I do have to say though that once they're on, they are really comfy, not constricting at all.
So far, all good experiences wearing them around friends and family and in busy public spaces such as supermarkets.

Wearing thin slippery pantyhose underneath should help.
That would really be too warm here ( Philippines ).
Just wearing these pu leggings is about the same as wearing regular jeans here, when it comes to feeling heat; which is nearing the limit of tolerable, so I cant see myself adding an extra layer of fabric beneath it.
So, when I put them on, I make sure the ceiling fan is on. Maybe I made it sound more difficult than it actually is. Latex is probably way more difficult.

Do the leggings tend to slide down? On the photo it looks like the sides are asking to be pulled up a bit.

Oh...the wrinkles in the photo; those are moreso a side effect of my bulge pulling at the fabric - it's not the sides sliding downward.
These dont slide down any more than the regular Lycra Leohex leggings in XL for me. No real issue with these thankfully.
Even when I squat down - and they stretch plenty enough too. In the close up picture of the waistband you might also see the seams, which are of excellent quality.
To conclude; I highly recommend these - certainly at the price of 24 USD I got them for - compare that to all those youtube women who showcase their 100 dollar faux leather/vinyl Spanx leggings, ha!

While I never underestimate your bulge, I still think it's either the sice of the leggings, or the "sliding down", or the elasticity, or the construction. The bulge would give a different kind of wrinkles, I think. Especially taking into account this:

OK, just asked my wife (she's a clothes designer). She said that's it's the construction of the upper part. Even the same size, same type, but different leggings (e.g. just another pack or a batch) might sit/fit/look differently. Most likely this is the issue:

It's not so much an issue for me, but it's just a difference compared to Lycra leggings.
This is compounded by the fact I got them in 2XL, whereas my usual size in Lycra leggings is XL.
It's just a bit roomier in the groin area. If I pull up my Lycra leggings tight, the fabric will hug and wrap around my groin and package - no sideways wrinkles as a result. With these PU leggings, the fabric doesn't wrap around the package - hence the sideways wrinkles. In a sense, these feel more like 'pants' than leggings in public, so I think I could wear these without having to resort to a long T-shirt without risk of 'offending' anyone in public space.
Anyway, my sizing choice is due to my above average leg muscle volume. Especially the lower legs would be a problem if I had chosen a smaller size.
However, I also have a fairly flat tummy and a narrow waist. As I mentioned earlier in another thread, I'm the same 175 cm as you, but we're probably different build (175 cm, 64.9 KG) . Especially if your calf muscles are normal size, then XL size for these PU leggings might be perfect for you.
