It seems that both hypnosis and "playing along" are intertwined.
It might be quite difficult to play along with something that you don't actually enjoy, or desire. I've played along with a lot of feminization, bimbo, and sissy files, and I struggle assuming the files have "worked" in some way, because I can recall early on in my life when I hadn't a clue about hypnosis, doing things that would be considered feminization and/or sissy (wearing panties/bra when nobody is around etc). So, it would seem this type of fetish, or whatever you would want to classify it, came into play at some point prior to hypnosis, and hypnosis is just a tool I used to express those mental dopamine boosts from it. However, day to day, I don't believe it has "worked." I don't actually feel, or notice, any desires outside my home.

It gave me ideas I never thought of, I guess. Kept going back to it, so I liked it. Can't say I was addicted. I listen every now and then. They had this one file that was about "time in hypnosis" where it was over but only seemed very short but was actually longer than I thought. Say like the file was 20mins but seemed like it only took 5mins. When you listen to any file, when it grabs you and your attention focuses only on that like reality goes away, then that is the hypnosis. What else could it be?

After thinking about it... I may have a fitting answer.
When you combine suggestions with being told what to do, you really do have a powerful thing here. In psychology there was this "obedience test". Milgram's experiment. Now if this thread is about " can hypnosis cause a change in my brain to produce more estrogen and make me into a girl" well no, not yet.
What it can do is alter your decisions. Like if you have a fear of flying so you dont want to get on the plane. A hypnosis can help relieve that anxiety and help guide you to get on the plane. So it could alter your fear of taking estrogen pills. Or help ease the transition. You are always in control of choice, well for now. |
