I use this as my avatar on a Batman forum with an androgynous user name:
Even so I was a was a bit spooked at just receiving this..
Quote:Hi ******
I just happened to see Your outfit on the board and I am VERY impressed!!!!!
Did You make it or did You buy it? If You bought it, where did You buy it from, if You would let me know, please? Little Debbi, ( who is now 24 years old), my daughter asked me about getting Her a Harley Quinn outfit, and I told Her I'd look for one.
Is that Your hair in the picture or is it part of the outfit? Either way, it is STUNNING!!!!! I sent an E-mail to Debbi and She agreed with me that it is AWESOME!!!
She has Your apparent build so the outfit would look just as good on Her, I think.
Thanks in advance for Your time,
Your fellow Bat-Fan,

A father buying his 24-year-old daughter a rubber catsuit? That's a bit...odd... in more ways than one. Still, nice to know I apparently pass ;P

On the other hand, zentai suits are now kids usual carnival clothes... I always buy very various tights & stockings (not latex, though) for my wife and my daughter, and I find nylon very erotic. (Yet it's very usual and very accepted piece of clothes). Also, latex becomes mainstream. Look at the fashion shows and pop-stars... So, I see (almost) no problems here. It's all in details...

Two images that are 100% 'fetish' and one that's pure fun
- two for @ Culmor I think 😁
and is cosplay limited to 'humans'?
- steampunk R2D2 anyone?
Enjoy

The Batgirl pic is of Louann Chen in a Greg Moraio costume, there are a shed-load more on Flickr but you might need to be a 'friend' to see them and I don't like to abuse that priviledge.
I had to LOL at this pm I received on another site re my HQ costume:
Quote:You are most welcome in regards to my complement: I don't give complements unless I feel that they are due and Yours, Mi Lady IS VERY Excellent!!!!! Even if it isn't "authentic", It OUGHT TO BE!!!!! It is just that excellent!!!!!!!
I would bet a goodly amount of Pounds Sterling that if You set Your mind to it, You could do a drop dead gorgeous Bat Girl. You look like You are well under 30 years of age and I think that You could pull it off with no trouble at all.
'...well under thirty'? I'd be grateful to see fifty again...
And re MJ's Bruce Timm BtAS CW pic

You can recognize not only where it's from originally from, but also who the cosplayer is, and what he/she is wearing. Unbelievable!
I love the specialists jargon. In these phrases I understood only prepositions and articles... Ah, yes, plus "costume", "pic", and I've read something about Batgirl in Jim Weathers' "The perils of Batgirl" 😁 Really, I've never seen/watched/read any Batman's films, comics, except that fetish & bondage fanfic. I did not see Startrek. Nowadays I do not watch TV (OK, almost), stopped following the news (except the computer ones), and I do not play computer games. I feel like a hermit... 😁

Just to be fair, I haven't watched TV myself in about five years.
Bruce Timm was the guy who created 'Harley Quinn' and also re-invented various other characters [for example, Catwoman 'CW' ] for 'BtAS' (Batman the Animated Series) back in the eighties. For a while in the nineties the purple 'comic' (Jim Balent) and grey 'television'(Bruce Timm) versions of Catwoman coexisted, that's why I have both costumes.

I thought I'd posted these before but may be not...

I love the close-up of Selina's heels at heells at 1.08 in the second clip and ended up modding a pair of Pleaser thighboots into an approximation.
