I've got one (bought on Aliexpress, see somewhere above in this thread), and I used one. The gag can be replaced. The blindfolds sit/fit a bit awkwardly, but still very usable. My recommendations.

I have 2 hoods like those. You don't need noseholes (at least, I don't). There is enough airflow from the mouth ring to the nose for me

Usually "good gags" keep your mouth open (there is a usual hood design flaw - http://www.likera.com/blog/wp/archives/10695 ) , and extend outside of you mouth, what may block the mouth hole.
