Those look like fun. Think I've seen them on fetlife. They're balletheels with the heel removed, wood added to make the sole stiffer and set in epoxy to make the hooves. Shouldn't be too hard to make them yourself.

If you're talking of the pull-on zipless rubber boots on the first page they're Ledapol 'Captive Emotions'. I bought mine from Joanna Lark, not cheap 😟
