Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings

They asked me to remove all Ali links from this site, what is not possible. Ah, thank you, UK...

Yes - that seems to be the common thread, UK legislation and regulation making some 'vanilla' sites very sensitive to anything that links them to p#rn.

I can no longer access a number of sites due to being in the UK - which means my only option will be to use a VPN (reportedly the best selling App in the UK   VPNs top App Store charts as UK age verification kicks in - BBC News ).

The remarks recently about the UK and the advertising made me fear for the worst.
Many thanks to @likera for keeping this site running.
This is one of the very few places on the internet to which I am a regular visitor. I was getting withdrawal symptoms.

Why does it always happen when I'm travelling?????

In this case it was a combination of the expired certificate, which was not automatically renewed (auto-renewing was working fine before), Cloudflare cert settings, caching, Apache site configuration and ... something else.... I managed to get the site back by changing Apache settings to redirect http to https (while it's already configured in Cloudflare) and changing the CF cert settings (now it trusts any site cert).

I could renew the certs manually, but, for some reason, they can not be installed in Apache!!! And, so far, I have no idea why. The new test site finds.likera.com is also down for the same unknown reason....

While it looks like everything is working fine for the forum, I'm getting these errors for many pages in the blog:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly"

Same for the new test site.... And it's driving me crazy ....

Looks like I've just solved it by changing the "CloudFlare - Site" encryption to "Full", but Not "Full Strict", so even if the site certification is not valid, it will still work over HTTPS without redirection to HTTP.
