I took pueraria, saw palmetto, and white peony for four months. The skin on my chest became softer and slimmer, and my partner started to like touching me there often. Interestingly, I noticed a reduction in the visibility of stretch marks.
I have a vague feeling that I've become more susceptible to mood swings. I'm taking a break now for comparison.
Nowadays, I'm experimenting with lots of herbs and mushrooms: Pueraria mirifica, Hops, Shatavari, Fenugreek, Green tea, Maca (white, red, black), Reishi, Black cohosh, Wild yams.
I can not find White peony. Poria cocos works similarly and is available in NL, so, going to try this one as well 😅
As I said, I'm not interested in breasts enlargement (though, they are quite noticeable and sensitive), I'm after skin enhancements and fat redistribution.
As for the hair, I'm going to add Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Polygonum Multiflorum (this is a tricky one, it must be already properly prepared and extracted).
Apparently, to increase own estradiol production, the following should be done:
- stimulate aromatase to convert T to E2 (White Peony, Poria cocos)
- inhibit 5a-reductase to prevent T to DHT conversion (Green tea, Reishi, fenugreek, dutasteride)
- possibly decrease free T (spearmint)?
- increase T production (shilajit)
However, endogenous E2 will compete with phytoestrogens (e.g. from Pueraria mirifica, Shatavari, Hops, Wild yam, Black cohosh). So, the question is, if we go the "own E2" path, do we need to add phytoestrogens?

Fenugreek increases free testosterone by inhibiting both aromatase (which converts T to E2) and 5a-reductase (which converts T to DHT).
At the same time fenugreek contains phytoestrogens.
