Seems like the owner will not share the information about the manufacturer.

He says the rights of the products belong to him. I mean, fair, I guess.
Unfortunately newer Speedo Hydrasuits are not the same as the older ones (~ 2008), a fabric is a bit different and also the cut around legs is much lower. I would choose Zoggs instead.
