So, here it is with leg warmers:
To be honest, it has pretty high waist line, so you need to pull it up as much as you can to get your legs and crotch perfectly tightened, without any shrinks on the knees and loose crotch (hanging) between the legs. For that reason, I highly recommend to wear it with leotard/bike shorts over it to avoid that slightly 'loose fit'.
The softness, gloss and tightness it gives - it's really outstanding! Really comfy and sexy looking.
Welcome to the club!
I've been wearing the Leohex and MJINM leggings for several years now, in public.
They're amazing. With just a little bit of effort you can style them in a way as if they're the most normal thing in the world.

Leohex is premiering a new fabric; seems like yet another PU/faux latex. However, upon zoom-in inspection I suspect this fabric might actually be a hyper glossy Lycra, e.g. NOT a coating based fabric. Still, I could be wrong - but of they say it's significantly more stetchy & soft, then that would imply the coating to be even thinner than their existing PU fabric, that would raise serious durability questions.

Just a quick note for a size reference. I'm 6' 1" (185.42 cm) and currently ~83 Kg (182.98 lbs) ... I'm still working on getting rid of some of my extra covid/home office induced lbs 😟 .. and ordered (now) 2 LEOHEX Sleeveless Satin High Gloss Body Shiny Bodysuits/Swimsuits in XXL and one PU Black Shiny Body Suit High Cut. They fit really well, the Satin especially have a lot of stretch and all of them feel and look really wonderful. I am very happy with them 😁 .
They sure looks like pvc over fabric to me.
But it could very well be a very shiny coating over Leohex fabric.
Will the coating crack? I don’t know, but after some time and use, I would think so.

How elastic are they? I wish they were "closed-back", though...
I'd say they are quite stretchy, more than pvc, less than the delicate fabrics of Leohex, comparable to swimsuits with thick fabrics like cheaper fully lined ones from stores like Decathlon but the feel is of course completely different. I find them comfortable to wear, a lot more comfortable than pvc bodysuits or swimsuits.
