I've currently stoppedl istening to any of the dumbing / iq reduction files.  I found the number of misteaks I was making to be increasing, and started to worry that itm ight affect my job.  So I haven't listened to any files in the past week.  I'm trying to decide if I'm giong to continue or not, but I haven't made up my mind yet.

They seem to more relaxing to me not sure how to explain it, but they are seemingly more comfortable with my ADHD brain, but I haven’t seen any effects outside the file yet might need more time

How are the files with just one headphone in been wanting to listen to it while I’m at work and my job does allow us to listen to music with headphones on but just one headphone in one ear only job safety issues with both in and I’m not doing anything dangerous just washing pots and pans stuff

How are the files with just one headphone in been wanting to listen to it while I’m at work and my job does allow us to listen to music with headphones on but just one headphone in one ear only job safety issues with both in and I’m not doing anything dangerous just washing pots and pans stuff

Harm specifically? You need both headphones in, his files use multitrack audio and only having one side in will make you miss a track entirely.

Ok thanks well there goes that idea for work at least for pots and pans station maybe I can ask him if it would be possible for something like that
