I just don't like male aesthetics. So I call myself misandric autogynephilic phallophile 😂

Maybe. But hey, it gives me an outlet for some urges that won't end with me in financial ruin or locked up in some creep's basement!

First of all, well done for giving hypnosis a go. No one can really explain how good it feels when hypnosis works in the way you want it to. I have been practicing hypnosis for a long time, and have been hypnotizing people for almost as long. In my experience, what you are talking about is resistance to a hypnotic trance. I have never met anyone who out-and-out cannot be hypnotized, and I am talking about thousands of people who I have personally dropped into a trance.

There are two types of resistance that people experience, conscious and subconscious. The conscious resistance is normally expressed, as no one can drop me into hypnosis, my mind is too strong for you. After a few moments of covert hypnosis, he is singing Tina Turner with the rest of them. Subconscious resistance is different it manifests itself as a person dropping into a trance and then instantly waking back up, this is normally expressed as frustration. I am trying to go into a trance, but I just can’t. This is very frustrating for the subject and for the hypnotist. From what you’ve described I feel that you are more likely in the second camp.

So how do you fix subconscious resistance?

First, stop trying to go into a trance, just enjoy the story. When the recording says to do something, you do it and train your mind to do what is being suggested.

Second, have a look at the reason why you are resisting. Sit down and ask yourself why am I resisting? You will get an answer, then work on that. Then do it again and again until you are able to be hypnotized. Some of the root causes for this type of resistance are unresolved trauma, having terrified yourself with ideas of what might happen in a hypnotic trance, and the feeling of not wanting to feel embarrassed. These are challenges that are way outside our ability to deal with here and are hard to overcome without professional help.

Third, play the recording on a loop in the background while you do something else. The more of your attention needed on the other task the better, but don’t be doing something where you would have problems when you respond to a trigger. IE no driving or operating machinery, be smart about it.

Fourth, it will take time, so play the file’s over and over. Especially play them wile you are going to sleep without the wake-up file. When you experience times when you fell asleep in the middle and then woke up after a while. This is most likely you're going into a trance and not being aware of it. You will rarely have any memories of the intervening time. You probably were responding to the recording but ran into a part you were not willing to accept at that time, hence why you woke up. If this happens often then you are good at going into a trance, but a part of your mind is holding you back. Again, seek professional help to find out what is holding you back and work to resolve it.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis. It simply will not work unless you are giving yourself to it. Start small and keep going, you can and will get there, it is just a matter of time and effort.

The community here will help and encourage you. So come and share your successes with us, especially if it is your first success like feeling a small tingle when you hear the words good girl. Any response you feel means that you were hypnotized at that moment, that means that you can be hypnotized and as you can be hypnotized it is only a matter of time before you feel more and experience more.

I wish you the best of luck and enjoy the journey and the destination will be every step along the way.

i hope i don't cause too much upset by asking what do you actually want? Do you want to penetrate to ravenously inject your genes into someone else, or do you prefer to be the recipient, getting penetrated, soft and ready for breeding? I know some like both but maybe you have a clear preference?

As a fellow very likely transfem that wants to transition, I hope sharing my perspective will help. It ended up being a bit of a rant, but here goes:

The hypnosis did not make you trans.

Think about it. Why would a perfectly cishet guy be attracted to that sort of stuff?

Remember that gender and gender identity are not binary. There is no true/false switch between being cis and being trans. It's a multi-dimensional spectrum. Some people are at the extreme edges or near the edges. The kinds of cis people that would immediately get dysphoric if they thought about changing their gender. The kinds of trans people that get extreme dysphoria, the kinds that know it from the moment they can understand the concept of gender etc...

But most people? Most people are somewhere and anywhere in between. And that place isn't necessarily static nor is it necessarily variable. It's something that hasn't exactly been studied

Is it possible that you were somewhere near the middle and hypnosis helped push you more towards being trans? I cannot say it's impossible(, but even if it did, you were never completely cis anyway). But I can say that it would be indistinguishable from hypnosis simply helping you explore and *discover* where in the spectrum you truly lie.

You know how they say that ignorance is bliss? This is very much true for trans people.

Imagine a person that is content, possibly even happy living as their assigned male gender. Sure, they never really liked their reflection in the mirror, it always looked kinda wrong, they kinda hated cutting their hair, they disliked how much hair grew all over their body and their voice was always kinda painful to hear and they never really understood what was the deal with clothes and why people cared about them so much, etc... but, you know. That's just how life is. Until, of course, some schmuck comes along and says "Hey, have you considered being a woman? Wouldn't that be cool?"

And suddenly all those little annoyances and details are magnified ten-fold.

Did that schmuck make you trans? After all you didn't have any dysphoria before, why do you have now?

Just because a person is happy, doesn't mean that they can't be even happier in different circumstances. And once they realize that? It can hard to keep hold of the previous happiness, because it was born out of the ignorance of something better existing.
As a transwoman, I won't assume your life experiences or devalue them. You're all beautiful and chances are you're both still precracked eggs. For a decade, hypnosis was a way for me to connect with the woman inside of me, buried within a body soaked in testosterone. I wanted it to force me out into the open, I even turned to consenual blackmail to try and do it. (It took a lot more than blackmail to crack my egg fyi).

Let hypnosis be for you what you need it to be, I don't think/ believe it can make you trans or not trans. That's something much deeper within, it's hardwired into you. But maybe you're finding some sort of relief from it.

Long term, I started with all of the feminization files over a decade ago, then when bambi hit, I was tied to that. I still listen to her on a regular basis and find comfort and a sense of wholesomeness from it.

Off topic slightly:
Now I live as who I am, a woman, estrogen probably literally saved my life. (If you're serious about being unsure if you're trans or not, you have some serious questions to ponder. Like: "who am I at my heart?" And "am I a man?" "Am I a woman?" "Am I non-binary?" Etc. If there were no rules, no social stigma, who would you really wanna be? How would you want your body to look? And if you legit wanna ask questions about being trans etc, anything to do with it, you can totally dm me and I'll be happy to help however I can.)

Because it is their fetish to be humiliated and dominated? Like an increase in cuckoldry aka sissification. Findom mostly has a male cishet audience.

The issue isn't living the way you want, the problems are irreversible medical interventions. You need to be brutally honest towards yourself and not shy away from thoughts and impressions popping up when trying to reason about this stuff. I draw a line between people who actually suffer, and seek treatment because of it, and people who are just wondering why they are getting a boner on certain topics, deriving certainty that this must be gender dysphoria. It can be, but it is inconclusive. The latter often ends up on lesbian dating sites with the intention to fuck women, which is a little "off brand" to put it mildly. Needless to say, of course questioning is the first step, but you can be a cross-dresser without HRT or surgery, there is nothing new or weird about that. Identity is a fancy word for stereotype, a political term not based in reality, serving as an ideological gatekeep to the broader community. Current discussions around that prudely taboo the question about whether you prefer to fuck or be fucked, but try to spin all role models into (false) gender dichotomies. Your hairstyle or clothing can not be mapped to your gender, it is an individual choice beyond that.

What i am trying to convey here is that you can and should try before you buy, and listen to your own thoughts and feelings, not what other people have concluded. There is no test. All you can do is rule out other reasons by challenging and questioning yourself. I went into surgery with 95% certainty, but still not 100%, it was a risk i took consciously and educated, and when i realized that i was still the same person as before the surgery, i knew it was the right decision.

Cuckoldry has no direct connection to sissification and I'm not really sure why you brought up findom as that has no connection with either.

The main point is, after all, feminizing hypnosis. Not cuckoldry and not findom. And my main point was that a 100% completely cis person simply wouldn't have enough interest in such kinds of hypnosis. A cis person who likes to crossdress but hasn't discovered that yet, as you mentioned, would probably be interested in such.

I am simply trying to dissuade the (common) fear that it's all fake, that this is completely and solely the hypnosis' fault, etc...

I'm not sure what exactly you are talking about here. I'm trying to make sense of it, but it fees a bit like a word salad.
