I haven't but since you mentioned it, I'm trying to figure out how that would work. I have 3 chastity devices and they all lock on top which is where the cage would be if it was built for an erect penis. I was thinking of using an existing cuff or shackle (whatever it's called) and just making a new cage to lock onto it but because of the lock location, I think an entirely new system would be needed... perhaps something that locks on the sides? I wouldn't mind trying to prototype something and 3d print it.

I think that it would be rather unpractical when you have to go to the toilet. Unles it sticks out to the front, but then you can use it only inside.

Hm, true, if it's made in the form of a belt, yes. The idea is to make the whole construction as "flat" as possible, so it does not "stick out". What about a cage than would "follow" the "direction" of the cock whether it's pointed upwards or downwards?

I have a hard(!) time visualising how you would not be able to get out from it.The standard ones leave no room between the scrotum and the cock, but here you would need some straps to connect the two pieces and that would almost surely leave room.
Maybe somebody can come up with a sophisticated hinge system that leaves no room, but yet allows movement?
