I normally loop these either at low volume for the binaurals or on mute, with a BS playlist playing at high volume. When I was experimenting with THC and hypno, these videos made me very spacey and my brain would almost "slow them down" to where I was seeing every frame and registering frames I've never noticed when watching normally. This was also what I was using when I had my selfbondage incident...
