After a short lived focus that was initially promising with SB but didn’t develop I decided to give BS a proper try. Things have been spiralling out of control for a while now and I needed something to cling to. I have listened to many of the files during long insomnia filled nights but never followed a focused program.

But in this thread, I'd like to discuss this: If you listen to Bambi Sleep while in self-bondage, can self-bondage become your uniform?
I did listen to BS while self-bound, but only a couple of times, so it did not stick. OTOH, I'm not that affected by BS and the Uniform Lock trigger never worked for me.
What is your experience with Bambi Sleep combined with self-bondage?
