General hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) discussion

I keep finding purportedly strong files and giving them a try, but never stick with anything long enough to feel effects. It's not attention span exactly, I just get bored of files I've aeady heard, I guess.

Anyone got tips?

That's why SB tried to create files, that might sound differently every time. The only problem is - they do not work (at least for me).

Or a properly programmed session amnesia suggestion (mmm.... Bambi?)

Or a noisy mix, where you can't concentrate on the "story line" (e.g. Pig Girl)

Tried Bambi, felt some effects but the playlists demand a lot of my time to try to stay consistent. I might do that 20-day challenge at some point.

Pig Girl just never does anything for me, but I'm not unwilling to try again.

Not to sound preposterous, but like, what are your relaxation techniques?
It doesn't work for me if i give my mind free reign, like i will drift into visions instead of focusing, so i need to force myself to echo the stuff i hear, which makes it easier to endure the time left with potential "redundancy" although i surprisingly always find new phrases to launch back at myself
