So I've been thinking of doing some hypnosis files, and @Like Ra suggested I post this here for feedback:
https://anonfiles.com/O1q7h7pdz0/Rapid_I...n_Test_mp3 It's based on the Bambi Sleep rapid induction script, but with different triggers, the BS background binaural track, and using my own voice, and whipped together quite quickly in Audacity: Quote:AObviously I'm hoping I don't have a voice for silent movies (although if I do let me know!), but any constructive feedback will be helpful. Binaurals too loud? Cadence? I can't do much about my accent short of signing up for Amazon Polly or something like that, so that kind of thing would be useful to hear.

Staged, of course, but still fun:

Dmitry Gluhovsky (the author of "Metro 2033", "Metro 2034" and "Metro 2035" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dmitry_Glukhovsky) described an interesting idea in his two-part post-apocalyptic novel "The Outpost".

You know, I loved the games, the story of the games was fantastic in my opinion, the horror. Метро 2033-35, the books, depressed me, they were good, they conveyed apocalypse in such an effective way. But I went in expecting the storyline for the game and was disappointed in that regard. Now, I haven't read or listened to any of his other work, but with a clean and unbiased mind, I'm gonna try and snag those books if they're on audible as I hardly have time to sit and read anymore. On topic post part: that would be interesting as fuck, I think the Bambi files do encourage it, or one version of it, or fuck something Bambi adjescent encourages it. I know I've heard it, the command to spread it, and you're provided with alternate files that have pop music and barely audible suggestions to find the files and so on. If I remember you're encouraged to mix it into Playlists and expose others to it or something. Flat out its nonconsensual to do that, I never would myself do that to anyone who hadn't given some form of direct consent to that. I mean there are ways to go about that and stay consensual, but it does remove the unsuspecting nature of it. Afterthought: the internets scary yo, stay safe Edit: damn they're not on audible Edit 2: if anyone wants a chilling and terrifying apocalypse novel series, check out Metro 2033, Metro 2034, and Metro 2035. They're not like the games at all, they're much more "realistic" and much more terrifying if you can comprehend the horror that's being broadcast. I might try and pick up a Russian language copy of 2033, I'm learning Russian and it might be a fun exercise to dissect that novel.

AFAIK, Gluhovsky make an audiobook of "The Outpost" by himself in Russian (he speaks 5 languages, BTW). (05 Jun 2023, 23:24 )BondageGreen Wrote: the command to spread itLots of hypnotists do that. Like they say: "The only freedom the Russians have is in their language" 😂 Something, what Gluhovsky kinda illustrated in Metro.
