Has any ever thought of an idea for bondage in video games? I've seen and even downloaded a couple(DIDnapper) comes to mind. Either that or instances if bondage in video games. There's a fun sequence in Batman Arkham City where Harley Quinn is tied and gagged. You even have control between removing the gag and putting it back on her! There's a lot of potential with Just Cause 3 as well if someone made different skins and mods due to the tether ability. The tether ability allows you to attach any two in game objects and pull them in(if strength allows) including limbs. Using that to put limbs together I've done a few hogties in game as well as other predicaments.
New to this forum, not to bondage, zentai, tight gags, painful predicaments, or combinations of those great things. Currently based out of Australia, but move take every chance possible to get out of here for travel.

Mix one with a makey makey, and have the game always have a black square in a corner of the screen. When you win it goes white.
Most of the makey makey demos on their video are wired with alligator clips. I'd suggest more durable construction if your release depends on it.
Put a light activated socket against the screen and run it to an electromagnet key drop. When the square goes white, the magnet shuts off, and the key drops (light activated sockets turn on when it's dark). Definitely do NOT get the motion activated kind. Woods 59407 would work.
Now, NEVER depend on a computer for your safety. Computers fail all the time. You MUST have an independent backup release like an ice lock, and you MUST have a third emergency 'get me out of here now' escape.
Obviously you can also use the light socket trick to plug in various other toys. Just think about what happens if your zapper unit gets stuck in 'on' when your computer crashes. This really, really, really needs a 'get outta here now' escape.
If you want to exchange a bit of extra complexity for added security and not having your screen have stuff taped to it, buy an old monitor at a garage sale and permanently glue the sockets to tubes and the tubes to the monitor's face. Plug in old monitor to SVGA port (same port used by a projector) and operate in 'duplicate display mode'

OK, just for fun, post some scenarios using this gear in reply, and if one tickles my fancy I'll write the relevant game, perhaps edited for practicality. "Tickles my fancy" includes the game being simple enough to knock out in a few hours, so think simple. And again, sorry Like Ra, if you'd rather the scenario replies went in scenarios, please direct people there. This seemed 'techniques'.
I have done a few tests with a new release mechanism which I'll document later but it greatly reduces my chances of messing with it and getting out of my bondage prematurely. Unfortunately it's still really hard to tie myself up comfortable and inescapable. And this happened again in this session. I was pretty sure I was in for the duration of the ride, with the ice lock it would have been somewhere between 2 or 3 hours, but I found a way out. I'll have to try this one again with a few improvements and a vibrator on a time switch.

Sizes range from very small to 120 mm where I got them. Around 60 mm fits well around my wrists, a little larger around my ankles. I could even fit the 120mm around my neck, but I will be very careful with that.
As you can see, the clamp has one screw to close it and another one to attach it to something. That second screw can be replaced by a normal screw, usually M8 or M10. If you fit two of these clamps to a rod, you can tie someone's hands or legs. You could even attach the rod to the wall or whatever.
And now the best: It can be used in self-bondage too! I used an aluminium rod with one hole near each end. I used 60 mm screws to attach the clamps, but added a nut to the side of the screw that is opposite the clamp it holds. Once the screw is in completely, there is still space to move the clamp back and forth. In order to stop that, I only had to tighten the nuts. I tried to handle the nuts and screws from the hand trapped in the secured clamp, it is not possible. However, with a wrench, it is fairly easy. The biggest challenge is to get the screw into the nut of the clamp, when the hand is in the clamp already. I had to rest the screw head against a wall and rotate my wrist in order to "grab" half a round of the thread. From there, it is fairly easy. Use the wrench to screw in the screw (hex-head of course), then tighten the nut. Drop the wrench and you can't escape.
The prices are in the range of a few euros, less than 10 euros for screws, bolts, an aluminium rod and two clamps. Of course you could add clamps for the ankles to make it a bigger challenge.
