I have a couple of shoulder entry suits, but with removable hood.
not tried one with the "T" zip configuration like that.

But overall I prefer them to from on rear zips as you remove the not elastic zip portion from neck to crotch
That said I also have 2 garments that are just shorter belly to neck zips... not linked to any crotch access and they are fine too.

Only issue with shoulder entry is you have to become proficient with the "hold the rear bit with your chin" technique while you zip up each side... bit fiddly but you learn it pretty quickly
