Yes, need to find them. You could even buy such suits. I think they have fabric inside, latex outside (for better aerodynamics).
Looks great but a bit more like PU coated lycra than rubber? The creases look wrong to me. To get that sort of shine on rubber would surely need silicone polishing too?
Also, I think the text of the logos is too small for it to be rubber. When I had the logo added to my GLaDOS suit last year there was a limit on the detail of the artwork you could have laser cut in latex and the smallest text possible was at least twice the size of that on their suits.
Dunno, but latex was mentioned on the site. Sites actually - the manufacturer and the team ones.

I don't have any experience cuttting latex with a laser but I have cut many diffrent sort of soft plastics and silicone. The limitations are not on the hardware side, I've cut details less than 5mm i width without any problems.
It could be rubber coating and colour print.
