Site performance, Server errors, outages and tunings

New kernel, new MySQL, reboot.
New kernel, new libraries, new utilities, new PHP, reboot.
If you could not access the server yesterday, it might be related to the global outage. Google, Cloudflare, Amazon, Spotify, Discord, Snapchat, ChatGPT were (and partially still are) affected.
- new kernel
- updated WP plugins - deleted thousands of blog SPAM posts (for some reason, they were not labeled by Akismet as SPAM) - removed "popular posts" WP plugin (it's, actually, not used, what saved ~130MB of DB and RAM space, and decreased constant DB queries) - tweaked the tasks MyBB script to clean up the sessions every hour instead of every day (what saved 120MB DB and RAM space, and sped up DB access) - rebooted - made a backup.
New kernel, new PHP, reboot.
New kernel, new Apache, new MySQL, new OpenSSL, reboot.
