Triggers do not work for me quite the way they may for you, like a switch. They are more like motivational reminders for me & cause my mind to focus, puts me in a craving, enjoyable, hedonistic desirous foggy/messy mind-frame I guess. Sometimes even listening to simple mantras can do this very well, awakening and focusing on desires or a craving. What works will be different for everyone & why it helps to describe a bit what works for best for you to get input which fits you & your desires.

I don't know in what manner you have gone "too deep", but if it is becoming compulsive or addictive, as suggested in many of the posts in the above thread:

- Stop watching/listening to hypnos & porn altogether for now.
- Reduce online/computer/phone time in general.
- Go out, meet up and socialize with friends/acquaintances/colleagues/family, can have a very grounding effect. 
- Renew your focus on your interests/hobbies, if they cause you to get out of the house, perhaps all the better. 

Balance in life is important, anything which becomes obsessive and takes over all of your time & thoughts is usually not good for you.  

Especially a lot of the sissy kink files can be very insidious, many are aimed at humiliation and reducing self confidence and a sense of self value. 
Do things which you enjoy and help build up your self confidence if that is the case, you could do it before & you can still do it now.

An effect success perhaps, but less for the listener if it starts over compulsively and functionally interfering with life...
