What is wrong with writing down that you have been triggered, and that you need to be untriggered, and with it the untrigger phrase? Maybe too simple?

š¤·š½āāļøĀ , according to EMG the trigger "Time to go without makeup" has to be from someone else for it to function & you forget it is needed once triggered. This file (and in general this type) does not work for me, so I can't test your method, might work, might not with people for which this type of file does resonate š¤·š½āāļø
Aside from that, having a trusted friend involved might also make it a lot more fun. Sharing with the right people can also help feeling more comfortable & good about yourself & your desires. A lot of people who are gender non-conforming end up being so in isolation, which is very unfortunate.
