Self-bondage techniques

Simple "why didn't I think of this earlier" way of making a noose with a timer lock that does not put any stress on the locking mechanism. Use it where you would use a noose, you can open it when the time lock opens on the condition that you are still able to slide the lock out so not suitable for automatically dropping something for example.
