This is from a chinese artist 画笔不画. Their work is mostly PPV although there are a few reuploads of it on e/exhentai. Sadly I havent seen any translations.

Oh yeah! I remember reading it for the first time.

That's a good little variation, I like the other char coming in at the end. I wanted to make a game based around this for a while but i either end up struggling with how you might introduce a new character, motivations all that stuff since even with self bondage, a story is sometime more interesting with other characters it you want it to continue past the final click
