I can’t read Japanese or Chinese, but I pretty much guessed what was going on. And the translation pretty much confirmed what I was thinking.
I’m sure all the pages are there, but I think 2 or 3 pages are missing or should have been added to the story.

My take. Friend leave room with items on table.
Girl looks at all the items and touches the rubber suit.

Next page shows her pulling the rubber all the way up and over her breasts. As she pulls the suit up to her neck, her breasts slowly enters the small tight breasts openings until they pooped into the breasts openings making her breasts bigger and more sensitive than ever before.

As she looks at herself in the mirror, she then spots the collar and the six cuffs. As she puts on the wrist cuffs, thigh cuffs and ankle cuffs, she looks at the lone silver collar. Whoever this is writes Chinese in a fairly bizarre manner. Not sure who would use the old right to left ordering of words but apparently they do. I will give my translation. 
Giving both a literal translation and one that would make more sense. Also quite a few single words that got left out.

Implies you are going to do something to them when they get there and not something good. Specifically means basically nothing, people just use it as a throwaway word. The all right then is used as a finisher of the conversation.)
