It's between 4.5 second to 6.0 seconds in the second clip you posted. It is said underneath the 'easier and easier' portion of the other track.

I was able to extract a clear snippet with audacity, but I am unsure on how to upload. Either way, all I did was copy paste the audio between the 4.5 second mark and the 6 second mark from clip#2 that you posted earlier.

The things is, nobody knows anything about how the mind works (yes, 3 seemingly incorrect generalizations here), and in this subconscious area nothing works in 100% of cases with 100% certainty (less generalizations in this phrase), so SB might experiment with something we have no idea about (and this is what excites and arouses most of SB fans), SB might put random phrases, so the subconscious takes and forms/creates whatever it likes or tuned into. In any case, the effects might be very different (if any at all) even if listened at different times, let alone by different people.

And yes, we have absolutely no idea about the TRUE goals (besides earning some money and inducing addiction), even SB-prime might not know them.
