Agree with @YouMayDream , sounds like Mistress Clarissa. She does the voice on most of the newer and remade MsJ files and has some of her own:

Always read the descriptions, a lot of her files I would not class as "Positive Feminization", some are heavy on the humiliation side and very much aimed towards the sissy genre... (no problems with that, but often not "Positive/Enabling").

Downloaded & listened to the whole file (it was looping after ~4 minutes in the embeded player).

I'd say mostly positive... and for Clarissa (if it is her), very positive, lol (a polar opposite to her "Transition for Me"  file recently posted in the Sissification thread.. which I hope no one in the intended not tg audience ever follows... very life threatening if they do).

She plays with sterotypes, some of the typical "girly girl" tropes & the listener is placed below women & men, as submissive, compliant, placing the needs of all others above ones own, all described as "feminine" qualities. Asserting (and acknowleding at the same time) the  listener should strive to "be the role which has trapped women in this world". There are some positive feminine qualities described as well, but often  for other women, not the listener... Hmmmm... Not a terrible or harmful file, but not neccisarrily enabling in the sense of being self confident with ones gender.

I did not try to see if the whisper track contained more than echos (and some moans in the brief erotic part).

This is one of the few Clarissa files I have heard where I did not have to struggle to not blend it out...

I may have been a bit oversensitive when I listened to & wrote the above about "Good Girl", I had just listened to another of Clarissa's files in another thread which did not sit well with me.

This link below may be an newer version of the "Good Girl" file, most of what I objected to above is not in this version. I had heard it once in the past and did not remember it having the listener being placed below other women or men, I thought it is the same file, not quite:

Found an online streaming version and re-listened to it. The structure is almost identical, still focuses a bit on the "submissive" and "how to present girly" side - nothing to get my knickers in a knot about, I have that sometimes as well, but the listener is placed along side not below other women, "who can be learned from". Towards the end, she even suggests, reaching out & speaking to others who have similar feelings, tg women, lgbt* support groups & counseling if one believes this is ones core identity - that surprised me a bit for an MsJ file. 

Like Good Girl, it assumes an attraction to men & has some erotic references to be expected in such files.

This one "Just Be a Girl" really is positive and enabling. If Clarissa's style worked for me I would pruchace it, was pleasant.
