It is slightly generic because I wanted to share it with everyone. It assumes you have or will have female hormones soon and being taking them. Herbal hormones (from myevanesce.com) are the ones I am taking and do not require a doctor prescription. I don't recommend synthetic hormones unless you see a doctor for guidance.
