Since I started posting here, the AI algorithm has a lock on my subconsious I think. The colors it serves up on AI generated image adds through google, are too perfect to not be intentional.

Meditatively, I believe this might also be related to my 'third lens' idea. The more we meditate on our memories and the world around us, the idea is to 'mimic' how we dream. As each [sound, taste, smell, sight, feel, sense, thought] we experience ask yourself "is this a message from the universe from someone to me, or from me to them, or from them to them, or from me to me?" Then ask, "is this lesson a perfect or opposite reflection?"

If the Buddha really did return

Buddhas are all different people, who reached the state of buddha (awakened). If a person changes all dharmas to the same of a buddha, that person becomes a buddha. So, technically speaking, buddhas do not return, but new buddhas appear. And if a buddha decides to return from nirvana, he/she becomes a bodhisattva. If a person changes all dharmas to the same of a buddha, that person becomes a buddha.

Perhaps then, this is the meaning of "[Love on the Lips, Truth in the Heart]". Love thy neighbor as thyself. The golden rule. The way the Truth and the Light/Life. It all seems to point to the same direction for me.

Entirely possible. That's why I love listening to Sadhguru. Being an extremely "magically gifted" person, he's the least esoteric and the most pragmatic guy during his public talks.

No trancing for me for a while, but I couldn't not share this. This kind of breaks open the whole maid dynamic. It is a useful conceptual image for "flipping the script"

Here is an example of reading to much into things:
With the knowledge that I see my trance sessions as a 'dip / bath into my subconscious'. The advice here seems to be saying, activate the crown chakra first, before fully submerging.

Or in the Christian tradition, this would be getting right with God before ascending the mountain to pray.

Or just in general, before you do anything, clarify / focus the intent first, otherwise your subconsious won't be with you.

I think it's not about chakras, conscious, subconscious, but about blood vessels, which rapidly constrict if you dive into cold water, what might lead to quite severe consequences. As I said, Sadhguru is extremely practical and pragmatical 😉

100% agreed on blood vessels, but I can't help but thinking that stopping there is a disservice to Sahdguru. He is cleary a wise man, and even olives get pressed multiple times to extract all of the value.

Yes, very true. OTOH, it' very human to"invent" sense, where originally it did not exist. Think of random words, random "yes" and "no" as answers to your questions, etc. There were funny sociological experiments, where "a guru" was answering test subjects' questions. One condition - the answers must be "yes" or "no". And many subjects received answers they considered enlightening. As you have guessed, "the guru" was a random answer generator.

So again, it's us who give meaning and interpretation to otherwise neutral events. And it's us who decides what to do next. And it's us who will tell (later) if the interpretation "helped" us. (I deliberately avoid using words like "correct", "good", "truth", etc). 😊
