In this case it's not about the falling itself (which was quite soft), but about slamming into that "pedestal".

just watching it now... was just going to type the same thing...

What amazes me though, if that was me, I'd be getting out of it as soon as possible to check the damage

the wrist loops are normally snug and just forced on/off but escapable I think... they would be off in 2 mins, blindfold off shortly there after to see if I was bleeding all over the hotel room carpet!!

EDIT: Love the bit at ~11mins where they open the room door for a cheeky peak, only to find the room opposite is wide open and probable being cleaned by room service... very quick back track and slam the door!!
