On the subject of being able to walk in ballet heels I think these animations show it is possible:
It can also look very sexy! However, my own humble efforts will remain limited to very careful, slow and short walks in my 12cm heels! MJ

I have walked in ballet boots.. for about 200 meters long.
Was a few years back. Took some training to get it done. Was hard, very hard.. but worth it. The heels where rubbish tho, so there trashed.
