This is my athletic outfit for going out inline skating. Locked in a continuous-crotch steel chastity belt securing a 4" Steel Rattler Butt Plug. The protruding Penis tube (with a hollow integrated Urethral plug inside) is housed inside the waist bag and slightly exposed underneath for precum to drain out, but nothing to attract attention. Everything covered over 3mm-thick high-compression neoprene leggings    

Hmm, I've seen so many cross-dressers wearing this blue-flame skating dress I have to wonder whether any were ever sold to genetic girls...
