A weird one this, the Scottish Sun's reacted to yesterday's UK budget with a photochop of the Chancellor as Kim Kardashian in a Atsuko Kudo rubber dress.WTF? As the Tories have more than doubled the UK's National Debt in the last five years wouldn't the caption 'Does my BUST look big in this?' be more appropriate?
