Thought about some nasty things to do with it. Maybe spraying typically sensitive spots throwing a condom on and having an extended experience.

It does. I take some, every once in a while, but it does numb the throat, so I get some relief.
Tried using it for deep throat practice, but didn’t work too well.

Same here.
I think it should be appropriate dentist or oral endoscope dosage to have some serious anti gag reflex effect. Once, I was on stomach endoscopy and it really did the job.
