I saw this a while back.
Simple to do, hard to escape. Bind knees and ankles. Add SRD to ankles. Sit on chair. Bring both ankle ropes to back of chair. Tie yourself to the chair so you can't fall off. Place your wrists on the writs coils behind your back, behind the chair. Add chinch noose to wrist coils, and tighten. When you pull the SRD rope, your ankles will be drawn under the seat of the chair. Got to use knife to get free. Don't forget to wear your costume and toys. Enjoy
