But how is that with the customs?

We never had any customs tax when we bought from Far East (China, Thailand, etc.) But always if we buy from the US. A couple of years ago there was additional EU tax for the US products because the American government lowered the tax for the domestic stuff for the internal customers, thus making EU products less competitive. No tax under 100$. But I always consult with the latest info on the customs web-site.

Also you can ask the seller to declare a lower price.

All joking apart, I'd be really interested to know what American bins you found so superior to European ones of a similar price that you thought it was worth importing a pair.

Telescopes are polygamous, binoculars are monogamous...I don't care who looks through my scope but my binoculars are personal to me...

True, top-of-the-range Nikons are comparable to the best from the 'big three' European manufacturers but I can't think of any others. Maybe Kowa, they make good scopes but I've never seen their bins.

I'm considering legal action against a company I ordered some custom work from nearly eleven months ago.

I can't decide, there are two items that I would like to have. Unfortunately, I have to buy them by myself, so it is either of them, both would bust my budget.

@Strappado - I would go for the stretchlack catsuit, especially if fets-fash size chart suits you. Latex is too expensive, it tears and degrades. And I'm not sure it would be easy to "operate" it alone, considering it will have "stocking-like" mittens. As for all those D-rings, the suit would need an "upgrade" to at least 0.6mm latex to survive at least a small degree of struggling. The default 0.4mm makes no sense. But that will increase the total price to 380 euros or something.... Another solution is to search what Chinese manufacturers offer. However, I'm not sure about the sizes, and there will be no chlorination or lockable zips (I love them!).
