Unless I'm very mistaken these Hootersgirls in Beijing don't seem to be wearing the usual Peavey/Tamara tights. I don't think they're even properly STW, eugh, Hooters management should get on the case immediately. That said, knowing what China's like for ripping off Western branding maybe they aren't even part of the real Hooters chain?
