I have been listening for about a year (off and on inconsistently). I started like you, lite files, no "take over" files, avoiding the "dangerous" ones... I abandoned that after about 2-3 months because I was bored AF trying to get anything out of the files. So I started to experience trigger response in sessions about 9 months in (body orgasms?) and one instance of audio hallucination (I talked about that in #2,057). Like dont feel particularly "addicted" or "compelled" to listen, having been on about month long break (several times) and not particularly interested in engaging more until new/updates to the reboot files are publicly available (I probably will do some sessions to not have trigger degradation in the interim... But maybe that's the programming...).
I would not say my sexual interests have changed, but evolved: oral stimulus is much more enthralling than it was prior... But BS does also give me the "excuse" to play with my toys that collect dust otherwise, so tomāto tomâto? I didn't feel dumber: work performance is up (I got promoted actually), I still love math and science. 
I recommend keeping a journal. Track anything/everything so you can look back at how you evolve over time. If you are using the cloud, I like keeping playlists like journals too, so I can track responses over time too!

Glad to hear that from someone with real experience.
The thing is, I'm kind of a paranoid guy in general — I always look for the worst-case scenarios more than the good ones. That's why I started super careful with just Lite files and avoiding anything permanent. Your story helps a lot because it shows that even after switching to full files, things stayed under control and mostly just enhanced the fun side.
I'll definitely keep a journal like you suggested.

You can use AI tools like Whisper to transcribe audio into text, and employ moises.ai or lalal.ai to separate vocals from accompaniment.
